Pitch One - Friends are traveling at the mall when one notices something suspicious, unseen to their friends. Pitch Two - Someone meets a stranger online who isn't what they seem. After, the creepy stranger stalks the victim inside their own home and breaks in. Pitch Three - A graduate wishes to experience the high school dream she never got.  For the first project of my A level of media studies, I am working in a group of 3. Groups can often be beneficial to help balance workloads out and get various ideas. Because of this, I decided to involve my friends in my project again. My group consists of Withly Pierrette, Jennifer Depaz, and myself. I have worked with these people for past films and have experience with them. I have known Withly since middle school as we had the same class together. I've known Jennifer since my sophomore year of high school. Due to this fact, I know I can trust them to be reliable and communicative for future projects. I have the same class period as Withly, which allows me to discuss potential ideas with her in real-time and adapt ideas quicker. For Jennifer, she is in the same media studies class and level as me, just in a different class period. This issue is solved through messaging and other forms of communication though.  Hello! My name is Melvin Amaya. I am 16 years old. This is my second year of Media Studies. I am excited to be retaking media studies A level this year. I went to Sunrise Middle School for all of my 6-8th grades. Since I took AS level of media studies, I now have prior knowledge of filming. Also, I am now a junior this year. I am a very energetic person. I like this class because I enjoy filming and other types of media. I have a lot of ideas about filming ideas. I think I am creative with different types of media and angles. I previously didn't know much about filming and different types of camera angles before AS level, but now I am educated on the terms. I hope to continue learning more about movies, shows, and so much more. I would love to be the one filming the videos for projects this year as it seems like something I’d be interested in.
